Sudbury Hyundai’s answer to Covid-19

Dear valued clients,

Please know that we are still open and doing our best to provide services in a safe and risk-free environment in this difficult time. We have recently changed our procedures to help keep you and our staff safe and virus-free:

For Service:

We are booking service appointments, but the building itself is open only for essential staff. When you drop off your vehicle for service, you will utilize our night drop box at the rear of the building under the Customer Entrance sign. Please fill out an envelope, sign it, and deposit your keys and envelope in the box.

One of our staff will retrieve the envelope and bring your vehicle into the shop. Before getting in your car, our advisor will wipe down all touch points with a sanitizing wipe (door handles, steering wheel, gear shift, climate and radio controls, etc.) and then will install a disposable seat cover over your seat. All technicians who work on your vehicle are wearing gloves and eye protection.

Once your vehicle is complete, it will be washed, and all touch points will be wiped once again. An advisor will phone you to arrange payment either on the phone or online, and you will be notified that your vehicle is ready for pickup.

In order to protect our staff and customers, we have closed our waiting area, and we are not offering shuttle service or loaner vehicles at this time. We are beginning to book up for seasonal tire swaps. We recommend calling to book an appointment as soon as possible.


For Parts:

Parts is open. To pick up, please phone the dealership at (705) 670-2266 when you arrive, and we will deliver the parts to your vehicle outside. Parts deliveries are still available for body shops etc.


For Sales:

We have salespeople available to answer any online inquiries. You can complete all steps of purchasing a vehicle on our website: choose a vehicle, complete a trade appraisal, submit a credit application, pay a deposit and we will arrange to deliver a vehicle to your home. We also have sales staff in the dealership to answer any phone inquiries you may have. If you would like to speak with someone please phone (705) 670-2266 and ask for sales.
